primer lugar, adobamos 4 contramuslos de pollo sin piel ni hueso y 4 muslitos a un bol con 1 cucharada de ajo en polvo, 1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n dulce o picante, 1 cucharadita de comino en polvo, 100 g de mayonesa, 1 cucharada de mostaza, sal y pimienta blanca molida. Para ello, cortamos en juliana fina 1 cebolla roja y la colocamos en un bol. A\u00f1adimos 1 cucharadita de or\u00e9gano, 150 ml de vinagre de vino blanco, 30 ml de agua y una pizca de sal.
